The place is well-maintained and the employees, including the manager, are very friendly. the family room has a queen bed. the location is convenient and perfect, near a shopping mall, Twin Towers, and Masjid India.

I stayed from the 20 May till the 22 May with my wife and kid. They really enjoyed the room on the 30th Floor with a superb view of the KL tower. The hotel staff were very good and allways very keen to help. Th best part was that the room was neat and clean and the swiming pool onthe 8th Floor was excellent. Also not to mention the breakfast options were fantastic. Would want to come again and stay. Would surely recommend your hotel to my friends.

Car park was too narrow and a little bit difficult to maneuvre.

We enjoyed the family atmosphere. the rooms were a nice size with free WiFi, queen bed, plus toothbrush. - the location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from an expansive museum. - All the staff was very amiable.

Hotel position is very good for the tourists as all sorts of markets are located nearby. Communication are very good for all corners of the city. Staffs are very very accommodative.
For my booking for the same day,25.02.11,deduction of one day room rent from my credit card before my arrival. Though I mentioned at the time of my booking, that payment will be made by me in cash.

Easy check in & the service was good. Comfortable bed, big bathroom and climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room.

I enjoyed its caring employees.
Had fine stay for 2 nights. The breakfast was savoury with a lot of options in the lobby. The location in a downtown area was perfect and exceptionally nice and there were a supermarket and a shopping area nearby. There was a really nice restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Staff at the Concierge was very polite and helpful. Specially Abu.
Staff at the Reception being the first point of contact was very rude. They treat all guests like rouges.
